此單位的面積約為280平方米。整體設計風格為現代復古工業風結合，色彩搭配以黑白灰基調為主，點綴亮紅，活躍空間,衬托Goobne的品牌形象。This unit has an area of approximately 280 square meters. The overall design style is a combination of modern retro industrial style, the color is mainly composed of black and white gray tone, embellished with bright red, active space, setting off the brand image of Goobne.
餐廳用廳部分主要分為兩大區域，中間以黑色鐵藝屏風作主要的間隔。步入餐廳的右手邊，使用了復古的紅磚牆和黑色水管形的燈具以及定制的特大LOGO招牌燈箱，作為餐廳的焦點所在。The dining room section is divided into two major areas, with a black wrought iron screen as the main interval. Stepping into the right hand side of the restaurant, the retro red brick and black plumbing fixtures and custom-made mega-logo lightboxes are used as the focus of the restaurant.
