此單位的面積約為280平方米。整體設計風格為現代復古工業風結合，色彩搭配以黑白灰基調為主，點綴亮紅，活躍空間,衬托Goobne的品牌形象。This unit has an area of approximately 280 square meters. The overall design style is a combination of modern retro industrial style, the color is mainly composed of black and white gray tone, embellished with bright red, active space, setting off the brand image of Goobne.

另一邊啤酒塔上方也加入了黑色水管设计作为墙身的做型，配合木飾牆面突出了工業風的裝飾的特點，及與紅磚牆作出彼此呼應的效果。On the other side of the beer tower, a black water pipe design has also been added as the wall body. The wood decorative wall surface highlights the characteristics of the industrial wind decoration and the effect of echoing the red brick wall.

黑色鐵藝屏風後的區域天花高度較矮，因此用色以白色為主，增加空間感。用餐區以白色瓷磚牆身和造型牆配合花紋地磚，特出一份現代復古裝飾的細致。The height of the ceiling after the black wrought iron screen is short, so the color is mainly white, which increases the sense of space.
